To apply for a return, please contact our customer service team at customercare@eroszon.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that returns must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.

We only accept cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. If it's over 24 hours, there will be a $30 cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements, or to charge a restocking fee for products that have been opened or used. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for shipping and handling fees.
